Darcey Welch

Darcey believes that window sills only exist to propagate succulents, that each different bloom has a meaning of its own, and that every situation can be answered with the right flower.  Freshly cut Dahlias make a great hostess gift, potted houseplants say thank-you, and pressed flowers from that meaningful bouquet can always be trusted hold the memory for you...

She is constantly starting seeds, raising garden beds, and combing the shoreline for inspiration.  "Momma Sue", a career horticulturist, brought Darcey and her sisters up in the garden.

Darcey has spent years honing her craft.  She apprenticed under Master Florists; Julia Hoogevean of Pemberton, BC and Kate Healey of Big Sur, CA, and always hopes to go back to their sprawling & established gardens
